With services in the sector of high pressure and testing technology, Poppe + Potthoff provides customers with special know-how and machines in a flexible fashion – from validation of prototypes in research and development, all the way to series testing.
SERVICES:
- Autofrettage service up to 16,000 bar
- Burst pressure tests up to 15,000 bar (various media)
- Tightness and leakage tests (gaseous and liquid media)
- Impulse pressure / alternating pressure tests
- Function test of valves and other components
- Component cleaning with adjustable pressure and purge volume
- Pressure transducer calibration 0-10,000 bar (also on-site at customer‘s)(manufacturer-independent calibration and certification of pressure transducer in accordance with DIN 55 350-18-4.1.2)
